Incorporated in 1997, Bonlon Industries has grown from a private metals manufacturer to a publicly listed company on BSE and NSE — manufacturing and trading ferrous and non-ferrous metals across domestic and international markets.
Our story,
in brief.
Our Company was incorporated on January 24, 1997 as a private limited company in the state of Rajasthan. The registered office was subsequently shifted from Rajasthan to New Delhi with effect from December 01, 1998.
The name of the Company was changed from Bon Lon Steels Private Limited to Bonlon Industries Private Limited w.e.f. February 26, 2019. The Company further converted its status into a Public Limited Company with effect from March 29, 2019.
The Company is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The main metals in our business operations are copper, aluminium, zinc & tin — with products including wire rods, cathodes, ingots, cables, and shredded forms.
In 2018, three group companies were amalgamated into Bonlon Industries to consolidate operations and drive higher business efficiencies across the metals value chain.
The Company is listed on the main board of both BSE Limited and NSE.

Promoter and Director since inception. Holds a B.A. from Delhi University (1977). Started the business in the early 1980s, establishing Bonlon Industries in 1997. Specialises in the sourcing of copper and aluminium from Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Bhutan & UAE. Currently serves as Chairman of The Vaish Co-operative Adarsh Bank Limited.
Appointed as Director on February 14, 2024. Commerce background with over 25 years of experience across sales, production, finance, and departmental liaisoning. Brings strong knowledge of the Metals Industry and specialty wires & cables manufacturing.
Associated with the Company since inception. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (BA) from Delhi University. Brings continuity and institutional knowledge to the board as a founding Non-Executive Director.
Joined the board on June 11, 2019. Holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science and LL.B from Delhi University. A practising advocate before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, specialising in civil and administrative law. Standing Counsel for the Union of India at the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and a panel member of Punjab National Bank and LIC.
Appointed July 14, 2022. LL.B from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2008. Practices before ITAT, NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. Expertise spans Regulatory Law, Tax, Corporate, Civil, and Criminal Law.
Holds an MBA in Marketing and a Ph.D in Psychology. Leads a Human Resource and management consultancy and also runs an NGO, bringing strategic HR, organisational behaviour, and governance expertise to the board.
