Mr Arun Kumar Jain
Managing Director
Mr. Arun Kumar Jain is the Promoter and Director of our Company since inception. He did his B.A. from Delhi University in the year 1977. He got engaged in business activities just after his graduation and joined his family business with his father. He has been very active throughout his career. He started his own business of stainless steel in early 80’s. In 1997, he started and expanded his business activities with entrance in the field of ferrous and non ferrous metals mainly copper & aluminium. Due to his dynamic and competitive business approach, he has been able to establish and expand his business. He has a vast experience of more than two decades. He visited many countries in search of new business opportunities and imports copper and aluminium from Nepal, Srilanka, China, Bhutan & UAE. Currently, Mr. Arun Kumar Jain is serving as the Chairman of The Vaish Co-operative Adarsh Bank Limited.
Mr Rajat Jain
Additional Director (Whole Time)
Mr. Rajat Jain, aged 47 years is the Additional Director (Whole Time) of the Company. He has been appointed as director of the Company since February 14, 2024. He is a Commerce background in education. He has entered into business during his schooling and has a vast experience of more than twenty-five years. He has knowledge of sales, production, finance and departmental liasioning. He has enriched knowledge of Metals Industry and specially wires & cables manufacturing.
Mrs Smita Jain
Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Smita Jain, aged 64 years, has been associated with our company since inception and is currently serving as a Non-executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (BA) from Delhi University.
Mrs. Bela Khattar Chauhan
Non- Executive & Independent Director
Mrs. Bela Khattar Chauhan, aged 53 years, is one of the Non- Executive & Independent Director of our Company. She joined our Company on June 11, 2019 for a term of five years. She did her B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Delhi University in the year 1991 and thereafter completed her LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 1997. Ever since 1998, Mrs. Chauhan is practicing advocacy before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the District courts. The areas of her expertise are civil and administrative laws. She is also serving as a Standing Counsel for the Union of India in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Also, she is one of the panel members of Punjab National Bank and Life Insurance Corporation of India.
Mr. Vineet Garg
Non- Executive & Independent Director
Mr. Vineet Garg, aged 50 years, is an Additional Independent Director of the Company. He joined the Company on July 14, 2022. He is a law graduate and did his LL.B. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut (UP). He is enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi since July 2008 and practicing before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (various Benches), NCLT, NCLAT, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has rich experience in Regulatory Laws in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax Laws, Corporate Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal Laws and Fema over a decade.
Ms. Siya Seth
Non- Executive & Independent Director
Ms. Siya Seth, aged 48 years is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. She is a qualified MBA in Marketing and Ph. D in Psychology. She is running his business of Human Resource and management consultancy. She is also running an NGO.
